Our first to market Operating Rental Agreement (O.R.A) allows you to purchase Solar PV, Combined Heat & Power (CHP) or a Biomass boiler with no upfront costs. Under our ORA, ownership and all benefits transfer to the building owner, whereas with a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the cost of your electricity is reduced from day one, maintenance is included, but the fund keeps your 20 years or FIT/ RHI payments, making ORA installations more profitable.
